Agreement to terms

By accessing or using LocalLift (“the Service”), operated by Local Lift AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service description

LocalLift AI provides done-for-you local visibility services for contractors and other local service businesses: a free introductory call, a free Visibility Score, a paid Roadmap Review (a written plan), fixed-price quick-win fixes, the Local Entity Build (Google Business Profile, website, and structured data set up for search and AI answers), and Entity Care, a month-to-month maintenance service. The specific scope of any paid work is what is written in the quote or order confirmation you receive before paying.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate a legitimate business to use LocalLift. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@localliftai.ai.

Pricing & payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars on the website and in your quote. One-time services (Roadmap Review, quick-win fixes, Local Entity Build) are paid in full before work begins unless your quote says otherwise.
  • Entity Care is billed monthly, in advance, starting the day it is activated. There is no minimum term.
  • Founders pricing is offered to the first 25 businesses that purchase the Local Entity Build. Founders keep their stated Entity Care rate for as long as their Entity Care subscription stays continuously active.
  • Prices for new work may change at any time. Changes to an active Entity Care rate require 30 days' written notice.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

What we do and don't promise

We promise to do the work described in your quote, on the timeline it states, with care. We do not and cannot promise specific rankings, placement in Google, Maps, or AI answers, review counts, call volumes, or revenue — those depend on Google, on your competitors, and on your business. Any example results on the website are illustrative, not a guarantee.

Cancellation & refunds

  • Roadmap Review: if you do not receive your written plan within 7 days of the review call, you can request a full refund.
  • Quick-win fixes and Local Entity Build: you may cancel for a full refund any time before work has started. Once work has started, refunds are pro-rated to the work not yet done. Work that has been delivered is yours to keep.
  • Entity Care: cancel any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period; no refunds for partial months.
  • To cancel or request a refund, email support@localliftai.ai.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Generate false or misleading reviews
  • Create spam content or misleading business information
  • Violate Google's Business Profile guidelines
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

Intellectual property

LocalLift and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Local Lift AI LLC. Your business data remains yours — we claim no ownership of your reviews, photos, or business information. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalLift and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Dispute resolution

We prefer to resolve issues directly — most problems can be fixed with a conversation. If a formal dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Osceola County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or with a notice on our site at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
