Built by a contractor, for contractors
The AI-era local presence, built by someone who's actually swung a hammer.
I'm Travis. Twenty-five years in construction, and I still run a flooring company in Kissimmee, FL today. Now I help contractors across the U.S. show up where customers actually look — Google, Maps, and AI answers like ChatGPT and Gemini — with AI doing the heavy lifting and a real contractor on the phone.

Where you show up
What I'd do first
1. Rebuild the Google profile — 5 missing services.
2. One page per service, city in the title.
3. Ask the next 10 customers to name the job in their review.

What changed
You didn't get worse at the work. Search got worse at finding you.
Three things decide whether the phone rings now — and none of them are the quality of your work.
The map decides who gets the call.
When a homeowner searches your trade, the three businesses in the map pack get the work. If your Google profile is thin, wrong, or suspended, you're not in that three.
AI answers are starting to pick for them.
Google's AI Overviews, Gemini in Maps, ChatGPT — they read the same signals: your profile, your reviews, your site. Businesses that are easy for a machine to understand get recommended. The rest get skipped.
Reviews that name the job beat reviews that don't.
“Great guy, five stars” helps a little. “Fixed our water heater in Winter Garden the same day” is what Google and AI match to the next search. Most contractors never ask for the second kind.
How it works
Start with a call. Leave with a plan. Build only what you need.

Why a contractor built this
I'm Travis. Twenty-five years in construction. I watched good contractors disappear from the internet.
I've been in construction since I was a kid and still run Cole Flooring in Kissimmee today. I was good at the work and bad at the marketing, and I paid agencies to fix that. I got reports I couldn't read and a phone that didn't ring any more than before.
The thing nobody told me: the people who got the calls weren't better. They were easier to find. That's a solvable problem, and AI makes it cheap to solve — if someone who understands your business sets it up right.
So that's what this is. AI does the heavy lifting. I'm the contractor on the other end of the phone who knows what a Tuesday looks like for you.
